Right from the start, Zeeba events left a lasting impression on me with their prompt, kind, and obliging service. As a customer, what matters to me the most is a business' customer service and integrity, and I must say, all my interactions with Zeeba events left me feeling extremely satisfied. Unfortunately, due to the outbreak of COVID, we had to cancel our party, and so I cannot comment on their work. However, it's worth mentioning that despite having paid the complete amount, when I informed ZE about the cancellation, they immediately refunded me 50%. Their professional conduct is truly impressive, and I look forward to working with them again in the future, God willing.
