We offer a wide range of services such as design and consultation, feasibility studies, zoning calculations, RFP development, new building construction, change in building use, residential and commercial renovation, illegal basement/cellar conversion, interior design, building extensions, energy analysis, builders pavement plans, curb cut applications, street tree permit applications, along with DOB and ECB violation resolution. Please note that we do not offer free assessments, zoning analyses or estimates. We require serious inquiries only as we pay for every lead.
