Cook with Chef Traci

Planning a party for 25 guests, I decided to enhance my enjoyment by hiring a caterer. After receiving various bids from CrackerJack, I cross-referenced the caterers on Yelp. I discovered Cooking with Traci, with a remarkable 50 Yelp reviews, 49 of which were 5-star ratings. I was thoroughly impressed with her communication, menu planning flexibility, and suggestions, which led to my decision to hire her. The day of the party she arrived promptly, and everything was prepared impeccably, just as promised. The menu I had selected consisted of salmon cakes with pesto dressing, roasted corn salad, green salad with fresh veggies, and watermelon-feta salad. Alongside the entrees were two freshly baked large loaves of bread. The taste was exquisite, and our guests loved it. I would undoubtedly recommend Traci for catering services, and she also offers cooking classes in Berkeley, which I hope to experience soon. Consider Traci for your next party!

I had an amazing experience working with Chef Traci! I enlisted her services to cater breakfast for a bachelorette party, where we had several dietary restrictions. However, Traci was unfazed by these and exhibited great communication throughout the planning process. Our breakfast menu comprised of a scrumptious roasted veggie quiche with hashbrown crust (gluten-free, dairy-free), peach muffins (dairy-free), banana oat muffins (gluten-free, dairy-free), and a mouthwatering fruit salad, complete with apples, oranges, dates, raisins, almonds, and coconut flakes. The food was promptly delivered by a courteous driver, who kept me informed of their whereabouts. The prices charged by Traci were very reasonable and much better than what other caterers were asking for. The girls in attendance were blown away by the food, with some of them even describing it as the most delectable gluten-free muffins they have ever had! I can confidently recommend Traci to anyone in need of a caterer.

Chef Traci arranged for Chef Jack to cater our private dinner in celebration of my mom's 65th birthday, and he did an exceptional job. Not only was he punctual and friendly, but his culinary skills were outstanding. To top it off, he even left the space cleaner than it was before he arrived. Despite our discerning palates, Chef Jack adeptly satisfied all of our tastes. Thank you!
