Donovan had no problem accommodating our needs for both the toilet and shower drain. He was extremely punctual and had excellent workmanship. We would not hesitate to hire him again in the future.

To be transparent, I did not enlist the services of Taskabee Hive or any other company for my lawn care needs. I actually ended up mowing it myself, since the area was small, and I borrowed a mower to accomplish the task, as my own was out of commission. However, I have nothing but positive feedback for my overall experience with Taskabee Hive. The owner promptly responded to my inquiry - even at the early hours of 6am when I submitted it at 2am. Based on my description of the job, he provided an estimate for the work to be done, which I found to be a bit steep, considering the back yard is only a narrow strip of grass alongside a concrete walkway with a weed patch. When I expressed my concern, he offered a discounted rate and requested photos to provide a more precise estimate. He stated his willingness to assist me in any way possible and even offered same-day service if I responded within a certain timeframe. Unfortunately, by the time I was able to view his response, I had already accepted a neighbor's offer to use their mower, so I didn't require Taskabee's services after all. I realize this review may seem lengthy, but I highly value exceptional customer service and aim to be truthful and impartial. While Taskabee Hive did not ultimately provide lawn care for me, the owner's punctual and generous customer service warrants a five-star rating. It's disappointing that many individuals and companies fail to meet such high standards these days.
