Having worked as a personal trainer for a duration of 8 years, my clientele has ranged from individuals as young as 6 to as old as 86, including dancers, athletes, and senior citizens alike. Furthermore, I possess knowledge and expertise in diverse dietary practices, allowing me to create customized meal plans for vegetarians, vegans, followers of the paleo diet, as well as those with gluten sensitivities amongst others.

During my vacation, I aimed to maintain my workout regimen and thus, hired Katherine for two sessions. She was accommodating and met me at my location, followed by a session at the beach. The workout was exceptional and proved to be a great challenge. I was impressed by her creativity in developing exercises that utilized the surroundings.
