The mover parked the truck in a poorly located area which forced the crew to walk a considerable distance. The new apartment was situated 3 miles away, leading to a delay of more than 35 minutes before the truck arrived. Despite the challenging circumstances, the diligent movers remained professional and completed a great job. Additionally, the attentive customer representative promptly addressed the issue and resolved it.

The guys displayed a remarkable level of amiability and expertise as they efficiently packed our items, maintaining a high level of respectfulness throughout the process.
