With 30 years of experience in design and drafting and a Bachelor of Architecture Degree, I offer personalized design and drafting services to residential clients seeking new homes, additions, or renovations. While I am not a licensed architect, under the scope of residential design, my services are qualified to meet your needs. Collaboration is a key part of my design process, as I work closely with clients to understand and incorporate their preferences, ideas, and needs into the design. Our newly bought house from the 1970s had not undergone any significant renovations. However, we enlisted the assistance of Troy from Full House Design, who worked with us to manifest a gorgeous design. He provided us with the Demo Plan, Reno Plan, Elevation Drawings, and Lighting Plan.
