I engaged Trey to shampoo the carpets at both my houses and was blown away by his kindness. He not only did a superb job cleaning and deodorizing my carpets, but he charged a reasonable rate and arrived on schedule. Trey has a fantastic personality which added even more to the experience. Meeting individuals like him fills me with apprehension due to the many negative influences that exist, but Trey was just too good-natured for me to worry about.

Solid Ground's owner, Trey, was a pleasure to collaborate with. Our communication was smooth via CrackerJack and phone, and Trey always responded promptly. He displayed punctuality and dedication towards erasing the stubborn marks left behind by previous tenants. I had assumed replacing the carpet of one room was inevitable, but Trey's efforts left only a few minuscule blemishes. His impeccable workmanship has certainly left a positive impression, and I would not hesitate to enlist his services again.

Throughout his visit to my house to take care of my carpets, Trey maintained a courteous demeanor. He demonstrated proficiency and expertise, leaving everything as immaculate as it was on the day I first moved in! I must add that Trey is a remarkable individual and did a fantastic job.
