Located on a 10-acre property in the Santa Cruz Mountains, we were in search of someone to complete various projects around our home. Despite trying out multiple individuals, none of them seemed to meet our standards for both quality and pricing until we met Joel. From our initial interaction with him, we were confident in his abilities, but he exceeded our expectations. Joel effortlessly tackled our first project, which was a significant undertaking, and we have not looked elsewhere since. He is punctual, cost-effective, knowledgeable, skilled, and genuinely kind. Within just a few projects, Joel has transformed both our home and acreage. His efficiency in completing projects while maintaining high standards is awe-inspiring. Joel and his team are absolutely fantastic! They've completed an extensive range of tasks for me, both inside and outside my home, such as electrical work, carpentry, and landscaping, among many others. Not only are they courteous and professional, but their rates are also very reasonable. You can present them with any issue, let them know what you want, and step away because they'll handle it. They consistently tidy up after themselves and put things in their proper place without being prompted. I really wish I could hire them more frequently!
