I was impressed with Claudia's recommended approach during our initial consultation, so I signed a contract and paid an initial deposit for full services that included design and procurement of furnishings based on my budget. After a few weeks, she presented me with three wonderful 3D design options. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, my budget had decreased, causing me to rethink our initial plans. Despite this setback, Claudia surprised me by offering to waive the remainder of the amount I owed her without any prompting from me. Her ethical standards and business practices are truly admirable and hard to find in today's world. Although I was not able to utilize all of her services as planned, I plan to utilize several of her design recommendations in the future when my budget allows.
