I cancelled my biweekly service in anticipation of the technicians starting their weekly pool cleaning on the 1st, as they had promised. However, their unprofessional behavior of ghosting me afterward left a bad taste in my mouth. Later, I found out that their lack of communication was due to their technician being hospitalized. Once they finally contacted me, they rectified the situation promptly and arrived early the next day to clean out my pool. The pool now looks amazing, and my son can finally enjoy it on this hot summer day. I'm pleased with their work and will continue doing business with them going forward.
