I arrived promptly at 8 am and discussed my situation with the professional. I explained that I was unable to catch my cat to remove him from the house, which meant that a comprehensive flea treatment could not be performed indoors. However, he did treat inside my house for everything else, and successfully conducted the flea treatment on my yard. He offered to assist me with capturing my cat next time he visited, so that a full treatment could be carried out. The expert mentioned that my cost would be reduced due to the change in treatment. Things appear to be improving so far, and I had an enjoyable conversation with Dave who was informative and friendly about fleas. I am grateful for him being able to fit me into the schedule so quickly.
