Dealing with services like CrackerJack can be a nightmare, as evidenced by my recent experience. I hired a gentleman to work on my daughter's nursery bathroom, but even after three attempts to fix it, the results were horrible. To make matters worse, he admitted he didn't have the necessary nail gun for the job. Despite feeling sorry for him, I paid him the remaining $700 he was owed with the promise he'd return to finish the job. He said he'd be there on Monday, but never showed up even after several attempts to contact him. He rescheduled for Wednesday, but canceled again. He finally promised to come Saturday morning, yet it's now 2 PM and he's ignoring my calls and texts. This individual is a poor representation of businesses on CrackerJack. In addition to the unfinished bathroom, he worked on several door frames, but didn't fix the nails and screws sticking out because he lacked the proper equipment to complete the job.

I appreciate the quality of work that Juan delivers. When I hired him for painting the exterior of my house and screen doors, he met my expectations perfectly. Besides, Juan was consistently punctual.
