This review is for the Knoxville Office of Olshan, specifically regarding the excellent service provided by Jason Boyd and his team. They not only repaired our foundation issues, but also performed outside foundation work to prevent any future water problems. We were extremely satisfied with their work, as Jason demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of the job met our standards. It has now been over 5 years since the work was performed, and we have not experienced any water issues since. Recently, we asked Jason to inspect a drainage issue at our daughter's house. Thankfully, it was not a serious problem, and we appreciated that they did not try to push unnecessary work. We trust Jason and Olshan for all of our foundation needs and would not hesitate to recommend them. Finally, we have found a reliable team to fix our issues right the first time!

Olshan is an honest and reliable company that produces excellent work. Joyce, who I first spoke with, was knowledgeable, straightforward, and didn't pressure me into any unnecessary add-ons. The proposed solution was logical and evenly supported, as confirmed by my engineering-minded father. The crew who worked on our home, consisting of Trevor, John, Jason, Bryson, Tim, Corey, and Terry, were hardworking and friendly. They even made an effort to ensure the safety of our dogs, who enjoyed playing with them. Their flexibility and willingness to handle unexpected challenges resulted in a job well done, albeit taking two extra days to complete. Nonetheless, the site was left clean and tidy. We highly recommend Olshan for any foundation repair needs. Thanks to the entire team.
