Do not hire her, particularly if you have a beautiful house. It's a definite no-no. She will determine her fee based on your house's appearance. She proposes to tidy up a newly constructed and well-maintained home for $280. But, when she arrives to begin scrubbing, she claims she will charge by the hour and ends up billing $600. Her cleaning is shoddy, and she even employs chlorine on costly chrome. All in all, she is not a dependable or honest individual. She may even threaten to visit your home to extort additional money from you.
