Two weeks later, we were able to swim in the newly constructed pool, thanks to their diligent work. Their thoroughness and attention to detail each time they come have not gone unnoticed. As a result of hurricane Ian, our pool was inundated with canal water, which turned it an unsightly green color and was littered with leaves, dirt, and other debris. Initially, we contacted our local Pinch-a-Penny twice to be put on their pool 'clean up list.' However, after not seeing anyone show up for five weeks, we reached out to them only to be informed that they were unable to locate our information, which was quite frustrating. After conducting some online research, we discovered the highly rated Empire State Pool Service. I left a message on Friday, and Matt returned my call a few hours later. After evaluating the problem and reviewing a few pictures of our pool, he quoted me a price and informed me that he could potentially come the following day, depending on his schedule. As promised, he confirmed his availability later that same evening via text, stating that he would complete the job after finishing up another prior engagement. True to his word, Matt arrived at our property on Saturday and immediately started work, bypassing any formalities like knocking on the door by hauling the massive pump towards our pool deck and hooking it up. Within a few hours, he had drained and cleaned the entire pool. As of Sunday, our pool was ideally functional, and the bottom surface had never looked better! Working with Empire has been amazing as they make me feel like their top priority even though I am aware that I am not their only client. Matt promptly responds to my queries, providing me with all the necessary information. Jeff takes great care in servicing the pool for my tenants and ensures that it is in top condition. My pool deck, spa, lanai, and rock features were pressure washed by Jake and he did an exceptional job. He meticulously attended to every intricacy and ensured everything was flawless. He was able to restore everything to its original condition without using any chemicals, and my plants were not disturbed either. Matt, too, is amazing at keeping my pool in pristine condition, and when I am away during the off-season, Empire State Pool service takes care of it.
