The fence power washing job I had requested was done to perfection, just as I had imagined. My once dreary fence now appears brand new. The amount charged was reasonable, and I will surely consider this company for future jobs.

Although they did a great job, the only issue was the mud splattered on the walls of the house.

Throughout the project, DeJuan Brown was a delight to work with, as he communicated effectively, followed through on every commitment he made, and required no oversight. I have no qualms about hiring him again.

The man responded promptly and was pleasant. He provided a quote of $140 for our portion of the duplex and garage and estimated a 45 minute completion time. I agreed to his offer. However, I noticed he lacked the appropriate equipment for cleaning gutters on a two-story house, such as an extendable ladder. He also did not have a broom and asked to use mine to clean up the leaves. I expected a manual cleaning of the gutters prior to using the power wash equipment, which would have been a simpler, faster process. He had to take a break after 30-40 minutes to refuel his power washer and seemed to have problems with his equipment, possibly due to the freezing temperature of 30°. After two hours and twenty minutes, he only finished one side of the garage and was unaware he still had another side to do. I suggested he stop and reduce the payment, and I will finish the job myself, including cleanup. Overall, he was polite, but I will not employ him in the future.
