Are you ready to train? With over a decade of experience as a personal trainer, I've worked with clients of all backgrounds, from those recovering from injuries to those striving to build strength. In 2011, I earned a degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science from Cal State Monterey Bay.My fitness journey began as an assistant soccer coach and strength conditioning coach for Skyline Community College's Men's and Women's soccer programs. I later served as a Fitness Director and Manager at numerous gym facilities.
I develop customized programs for clients with diverse goals, including weight loss, muscle building, injury rehabilitation, athlete conditioning, cardio improvement, and functional training. My ultimate goal is to transform lives by empowering individuals to live healthier and move better.

When my wife began training with Will, I knew he'd have his work cut out for him. However, he managed to motivate and excite her to work out! As a result, a few months later, I decided to start training with him myself.
Upon analyzing my body, Will swiftly identified my issues - a tightly-knotted upper back that impeded mobility and an old shoulder injury. He devised a tailored workout plan to rehabilitate my shoulder and loosen up my back. Within weeks, I experienced no pain and was able to perform tasks like folding towels without discomfort.

For the past two years, I've been training with Will, and this year my husband joined in too. Despite the added company, Will easily accommodated both of us. Undoubtedly, he's an exceptional personal trainer who crafts effective workout plans. He has an incredible ability to improvise during workouts by monitoring heart rates and various other factors. Moreover, he's approachable and knowledgeable in his field. Will's an amiable and adaptable person; working out with him has been a pleasure. As a certified personal trainer myself, I can attest to Willis' vast knowledge and expertise in the field. During our sessions, Willis guided me through a comprehensive fitness assessment, which included tests for maximal strength and cardio-respiratory endurance, as well as baseline measurements for weight, body fat percentage (measured through bioelectrical impedance scale), and hip to waist ratio.
What impressed me most about Willis was his attention to detail and emphasis on proper technique. He took the time to teach me cues for each exercise, so that I could learn to pick up on them myself. Safety was always top of mind for Willis, and he made it clear that he wouldn't increase resistance until my form was perfect.
Following each session, Willis would check in on my progress and make himself available for any questions I had. I would highly recommend Willis to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and committed personal trainer.
