The job, scheduled for a single day, was initiated with an 8-hour delay and remains unfinished after a two-week period. Our rear lawn was poorly worked on, showing a lack of precision in every aspect. There was chaos after the job was completed and we have not heard from Tyson, the supervisor, regarding when the task will be properly executed. We typically provide companies with opportunities to amend their mistakes before sharing negative feedback, however, this company shows no concern towards the issue at hand.
