When I had to unexpectedly leave Denver, I contacted Nomad to help me manage my property. Pierce and Will were amazing to work with as they walked me through the process of understanding Nomad's guaranteed rent system, and getting my home listed. Within a week of my move out, Nomad had arranged for the property to be cleaned, photographed, and listed online. Just a week later, the house had been leased at a much higher rate than I would have asked for if I were managing it myself. Everything has been going well so far, and I'm grateful to Nomad.

Nomad is an incredible companion! They assured the rent for my Denver rental, discovered fantastic tenants for me, and eliminate all the pressure related to handling my property. What's more, they procured almost 15% additional rent for my place than my previous agreement. I am uncertain what I'd manage without Nomad and their services have given me extra time which I adore.
