The service provider did an outstanding job of unlocking a stuck security door and lock. I had previously hired another locksmith to open the door but their attempt was futile. They spent around two hours trying but had to stop due to the darkness. They left suggesting that they could return the following week and use a Dremmel to cut the deadbolt, which would likely cause damage to the door mechanism. This meant additional replacement costs of $400. Seeking a second opinion, I hired Lockology, who assured me that he could complete the job within 10-15 minutes. He arrived promptly and opened the door in less than 10 minutes. Although the locking and opening mechanism needed replacement, I was able to get it from a security door provider at a lower cost than the previous locksmith's estimate.
