Our dryer vent cleaning appointment with Bruno was a success as he arrived punctually and exhibited a pleasant demeanor, expert professionalism, and impressive knowledge. I am highly satisfied with their service and will surely engage them again in the future. Furthermore, their price point is very reasonable, making it a cost-effective option. Arriving early, Hugo diligently cleaned my dryer vent and presented himself in a friendly and exceptionally professional manner. Prior to enlisting Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning, other services failed to clean my dryer vents successfully. However, Hugo was able to remove ALL of the lint and proficiently cleaned up afterwards. Though I had to replace the dryer hose and incurred a nominal fee, the cost was incredibly reasonable with no hidden fees. Consequently, my dryer now operates without fault. Many thanks to Lowe's Air Duct.

I was extremely impressed with the service they provided. Jose arrived punctually, and tirelessly worked for more than 5 hours to clean both the air ducts and dryer duct. He took comprehensive images before and after cleaning every component of the duct system. The change was massive! Given that the house dates back to 1959, I presume the ducts had never been cleaned before, or, at the very least, it had been quite some time. I'm thrilled we reached out to them!
