My ultimate goal is to educate, motivate, and empower individuals with the confidence needed to thrive in the gym and in real life, devoid of pain and with unwavering freedom of movement.

Since November 2020, I have been engaged in strength training with Thaddeus, an expert from Goal Driven Habits, three times a week to manage my osteoporosis and hip pain. Prior to this experience, I had never worked out with a personal trainer, but to my surprise, I am highly motivated to continue my regimen. Thaddeus curates a new workout schedule for me monthly and is attentive to my form and physical discomforts. If I express any discomfort, such as in my hips or elbow, he promptly modifies the next set of exercises to address those areas, and he also provided me with a set of stretches to alleviate my sciatica. When I began, I struggled to maneuver a 26 lb kettlebell across the floor due to my lack of physical prowess, but now I can easily perform squats with it and am gradually progressing to a 40 lb kettlebell. Since most of the exercises involve body weight, I do not require an abundance of equipment, which is beneficial while traveling as I am able to maintain my routine over Zoom. In conclusion, I strongly recommend that you engage in this program to improve your overall well-being.

I have had the pleasure of working with Thaddeus, who is the most exceptional personal trainer in terms of achieving goals and inspiring me to work out more. His immense knowledge allows him to devise creative and captivating methods to keep me engaged in my workouts. With each session, I experience a dynamic blend of exercises that promote both strength and flexibility. Remarkably, I achieved the best shape of my life as a result of training with Thaddeus, even after undergoing back surgery and two knee replacements. Added to that, my experience has been highly entertaining.
