Currently, our house is undergoing renovation. Mark and his partner went out of their way to align the installation process with our timetable, despite requiring multiple visits to finalize the assignment. They adapted their plans to our preferences and offered a concise explanation for why some of our demands were unfeasible. Their behavior exhibits their professionalism, and we are satisfied with their performance.

He also remained receptive in resolving any issues post-project completion.

Mark and HEC were the ideal partners for helping us install an innovative, eco-friendly HVAC system for our entire home that was also cost-effective. With Mark's advanced knowledge and expertise in heating and cooling, he was able to recommend a cutting-edge heat pump system from Bosch with an integrated humidifier and a water heater. Moreover, Mark went above and beyond by providing extensive support throughout the entire process, including areas beyond the original contract such as assisting with our Mass Save evaluation by being present on-site for two hours, and helping us obtain a HEAT loan and rebates. Despite numerous challenges such as material shortages and supply chain issues, Mark and HEC remained dedicated and did not compromise on quality or cut corners during the installation process. We are thrilled with the excellent service provided by HEC and highly recommend their superior acumen in the industry. In addition, their pricing was significantly less than comparable installers, especially given the premium BOSCH system being installed.
