After Jasper fixed my hood range, he advised me to order a part for it and mentioned that he would return shortly to install it. He shared a link for the part, which I promptly purchased, and informed him when it arrived. Despite his assurance of coming twice to mend the situation, he never showed up nor replied to my calls. As a result, I had to seek help elsewhere, and this expert notified me that Jasper had instructed me to buy the incorrect part and misidentified the issue. Although I had hoped to collaborate with Jasper on other projects, I lost valuable time and money due to his incompetence. All things considered, Jasper is not trustworthy.
