At the age of 15, I kicked off my restaurant career by whipping up milkshakes at The Peninsula Creamery in Palo Alto. Post high school, I enrolled in San Diego State's School of Hospitality and Tourism where my interest in wine flourished and a seasoned guru served as my mentor. Fast-forwarding a decade, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with accomplished professionals at reputable eateries, participate in national and international sommelier competitions and savour remarkable wine. Now, I'm elated to impart my expertise with you.
