I am immensely grateful to Orlando for his swift response. While getting a dress for a funeral out of town on Friday, I discovered water-soaked carpets and rugs in a closet. While at work, Orlando called to say he could arrive that day. I had already picked out a replacement water heater from Home Depot, and Orlando agreed to collect it and arrive at approximately 10:00 a.m. I informed Orlando that my partner was at home and that he would be installing the water heater. When I returned home for lunch, the installation was complete, but I never had the opportunity to meet Orlando. I regret not meeting him and would undoubtedly contact him again for future repairs, or trust his recommendations if he is unavailable.
