In 2020, the technician who installed our mini split unit provided excellent service and was quite amiable. Although they did an overall commendable job, unfortunately, they overlooked the installation of a drain pipe. Regrettably, the absence of the drain pipe resulted in the accumulation of mold and mildew in our crawl space.
