I go by the name Megan McEvoy and I have certifications from NASM as a Personal Trainer and as a Nutrition Coach. I recently obtained a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Florida State University and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California. My passion for fitness grew while I was actively competing in figure skating for 13 years. I aspire to pass on my love for staying fit by guiding individuals towards achieving their health goals and providing unwavering support throughout their fitness journeys. In May 2020, Megan started working with me, and I hadn't followed a formal workout program in 6 years. Frankly, I didn't believe that I could complete the program. However, Megan's expertise, positivity and encouraging attitude have enabled me to exercise 5 days a week for 20 to 40 minutes. I've experienced incredible physical, mental, and emotional results. Megan offers a sense of well-being and serves as a dedicated guide throughout her strength and conditioning programs. She's highly recommended because she can customize the program to meet your needs. Despite being 60 years old, Megan has helped me feel, look and become stronger, making me feel incredibly young again – it's been an enormous advantage!

I can hardly believe how sore I am from the program that Megan wrote for me. I had been doing high-volume programs before starting her program, so I assumed that her program, which featured fewer reps, would be more manageable. My goal was to gain muscle mass and strength for bulk season. Now, as I near the end of my first five-week program, I realize that Megan's program has been challenging in the best way possible. I plan to continue paying her to write my programs.
