He meticulously investigated and located the source of the leakage, and additionally discovered the water pressure was elevated. With great proficiency, he successfully resolved both issues. I am currently waiting to confirm if the leak has indeed been resolved. Edgar's reliability, punctuality, and clarity in explaining the situation were highly commendable.

My toilet required inner workings replacement because one piece had snapped off, and I was unable to fit the new kit myself. In January of 2017, I reached out to Edgar for plumbing advice on installing an unconventional type of Colon Hydrotherapy equipment at my new business. Despite my last-minute request, Edgar was extremely accommodating and available. He thoroughly reviewed the lengthy pamphlet detailing the device's specifications, ensuring he fully understood the requirements and how to complete the job quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Unfortunately, unforeseen obstacles prolonged the installation process by 9 months. I was concerned that Edgar would lose interest in the project, but he remained engaged every step of the way. He answered all my questions, accompanied me to city hall for permits, and reviewed my changing plans with patience and positivity. Throughout the seemingly endless renovation, Edgar was a shining beacon of professionalism and reliability. I can't praise him enough! Even though I've never written a review before, I absolutely had to for Edgar. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable, and I will recommend him to anyone in need of an honest and trustworthy plumber.

There were two newly installed toilets. Eddie arrived on time, and even earlier which was fantastic! He exhibited professionalism by addressing and answering all the questions I had. Eddie discovered a broken shutoff valve and was able to fix it with a reasonable charge. I would undoubtedly consider hiring him again and referring him to my friends.
