Impressed by Robert's grout cleaning demonstration, we decided to cancel the other evaluators and choose him. The next day, he not only cleaned but also sealed and color-matched an area where we had previously used different color stains. The difference in our floors was astounding, they looked brand new! Thanks to the 511 sealer, which effectively seals the grout, we can clean up spills without harming it. We highly recommend Robert for anyone in need of tile and grout cleaning, not only was the price reasonable, but he did a fantastic job.
