I contracted Exotic Tree Services to remove a tree stump. The service provider removed a portion of the stump and promised to return to remove the remaining part within a few hours. However, several days elapsed and then a week, and the service provider failed to honor their agreement. Consequently, I incurred HOA fees due to the shoddy work that was done. Despite this, I still made the payment, banking on his promise to come and finish the work. Unlike the provider, I believe in keeping my word and not cheating my clients. Therefore, I strongly advise against engaging their services. If they were comfortable cheating me, they are likely to have done it to others and may do the same to you.
