Despite not being present while they completed tile removal and installation throughout my entire home, I was elated with the outcome. The craftsmanship was impeccable as evidenced by the level and precise placement of the tile. Additionally, the coverage was seamless, creating an effortless transition for molding installation. I was present during the installment of two complete bathrooms with distinct tiles and flooring as well as the showers. Communication was effortless thanks to Claudia, my main point of contact who spoke English fluently. Although the workers had limited English proficiency, they adeptly utilized phone translation when necessary and addressed any inquiries directly to me. The scope of work necessitated swift and efficient execution due to my home being damaged during Hurricane Ian. The team was very reasonably priced, and I supplied my own materials, with the exception of the tile which they procured for me. Overall, they were incredibly responsive to my needs and provided great service! I have already recommended them to several individuals.

Collaborating with Claudia's team on my extensive project was a smooth process from beginning to end. They submitted a reasonable quote the day after I requested it, and two days later, work commenced. I admired that this firm only requested a down payment of 20% on day one and the final payment on the last day of the project. The renovation project consisted of demolishing all the tiles in the bathrooms and living areas, installing vinyl flooring, and installing new tiles in both bathrooms. Claudia estimated the project would take three weeks, and Lindomar, the lead installer, worked steadfastly to finish it within that timeframe. It was a pleasant experience working with Lindomar since he took pride in his work and showed up every day to work tirelessly. He ensured everything was thoroughly cleaned up as he worked, and if he noticed anything that wasn't going according to plan, he took ownership and continued to fix it until he got it right. Whenever I raised any concerns, Lindomar took my feedback well and made the necessary alterations to satisfy me. I am very pleased with the final product, which includes two bathrooms and vinyl flooring throughout my entire house. This team was a fresh breath of air after some awful experiences I had with contractors in the past. However, I have two major complaints about the mess left behind and the difference between some items quoted and the finished project. Firstly, before the demolition work began, the team failed to protect my belongings, leaving them covered in a thick layer of dust. I had to clean every single item and surface in my home myself. I advise homeowners to cover their belongings or insist that the team do it before commencing work. Secondly, I was not informed of two additional expenses that would come up during the project until two days before the end of the project - and only after reaching out to Claudia to confirm the final payment. I had to remove baseboards and some of the carpet myself to expedite the process since we were under time pressure. Despite corner round installation being on the original quote to cover the damaged baseboards, I did not want them to install it. Claudia was inflexible when I raised these concerns, and I had to do extra work to fix the damages. All in all, I would highly recommend this company for tile and flooring work at a reasonable price. However, it's crucial to thoroughly understand the contract's terms and maintain open communication before, during, and after the project. Note that this was an active whole-house renovation, and bathroom vanities and kitchen cabinets require installation while drywall repairs are ongoing. Some before pictures were included.
