Before applying tar, he neglected to clean the basement exterior wall of dirt. Additionally, he failed to compact the soil, resulting in a significant amount of soil and rock remaining in the area. Consequently, during the last rain, the soil underneath the slab caved in, and now there is a substantial gap. I am uncertain as to how I will fill this void. If you decide to employ him, ensure that you monitor his work and instruct him to complete it correctly, as he will not do so without supervision. I would advise against recommending him to anyone.
