So why should you choose me? Well, just having the same job title as others doesn't mean we all do the same job. I can demonstrate and explain to you WHY and HOW I can help YOU achieve your goals! My name is Bennett and I've been training and coaching since 2006. I offer individualized programming and nutrition via my personalized app for online clients, as well as in-person training at my private studio in Coon Rapids, Minnesota.

My specialties include fat loss, body transformations, building lean muscle, corrective exercise, and posture improvement to eliminate pain, online personal training, customized program design, flexibility/mobility training, bodyweight exercises, biomechanics, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, kettlebells, suspension training, steel clubs, and steel maces.

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to adapt training around injuries or physical limitations of all fitness levels, and help people change their lifestyles to achieve their goals. We can start from anywhere, the most important thing is to get started! To get a better feel for me and my style of training, I offer a FREE first session where we can discuss your past experiences with exercise and nutrition, which are included in my services. I've been collaborating with Bennett for approximately 60 days and couldn't be more satisfied with my decision to reach out to him. My experience with fitness is limited, and I've never made a habit of going to the gym. I had a variety of excuses for my lack of engagement in the past, but I became determined to keep pace with my children and didn't have the energy to do so. Bennett has helped me transform my mindset, self-assurance, and perseverance in working toward my fitness aspirations. At first, I was apprehensive about seeking a personal trainer since I was unfamiliar with the gym atmosphere and unsure of what to anticipate (not to mention intimidated by figures like Jillian Michaels). However, Bennett is the antithesis of the standard personal trainer prototype. Firstly, he listens attentively and inquires about your objectives and your body's problematic areas. He's cautious not to push you too hard and is unwavering in prioritizing safety. Importantly, he does things the correct way, considering all aspects of fitness, diet, appropriate form, and safety. Bennett meets you where you are in your journey and collaborates with you to boost your well-being and physical fitness. His go-to phrase is "For now," as in "Bennett, I'm struggling with this exercise." He responds, "For now," guiding me toward a fitter future. I've observed that most of his reviews are from people who have worked with him for over four years. As a beginner, I would recommend personal training to someone who is considering it but has reservations for whatever reason. Bennett is an excellent person to serve as your starting point.

The fitness training offered here is undoubtedly the most suitable for my specific requirements. Despite my physical limitations, I can effectively target the muscles that require enhancing and stretching in order to alleviate my restrictions. It feels like a blessing!

I have had two meetings with Bennett - the first being a consultation, and the second being the start of our workout sessions. We plan to meet twice weekly. Bennett is a trainer who is well informed and provides support. He pays attention to my feelings about regularly exercising after decades of avoiding it, and adjusts accordingly. I am very pleased with how everything has turned out.

Bennett has a wealth of knowledge and experience, making him an invaluable asset whether you're a beginner or an expert in your fitness journey. Personally, I am clueless and in dire need of shedding over 100 pounds, but Bennett never made me feel ashamed or silly. He works with me at my own pace and customizes my workouts to my abilities and requirements.
