On the coldest day of the year, Um arrived promptly and efficiently diagnosed and repaired my furnace. Luckily, he had the necessary parts with him to complete the job. However, the furnace experienced issues once again. Um identified that a pressure valve was needed in addition to the prior defect and made temporary fixes. He assured me that he will return this weekend with the new part to provide a long-term solution.
