Eric went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. As someone who is not particularly outgoing, he managed to make all arrangements except for the online photo submission. Nonetheless, he allowed for the possibility of a face-to-face meeting to resolve any issues. Despite the unfavorable weather conditions, he photographed me with unwavering commitment.
