Nef was prompt in his response and quickly provided me with an estimate for repairing water damage to our sunroom. However, after our initial interaction, there was no further communication. It is unclear whether something happened to him or if our job was not significant enough as we were going through insurance. Regardless, I was impressed with the quality of their work and hoped to use their services. However, the breakdown in communication was unexpected. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via voicemail and CrackerJack, there was no response. I wish him and his business success, and I hope that others have a more positive experience.
