As a mother of two at 49 years old, I practiced law for 12 years after obtaining my degree from The University of Notre Dame Law School. However, I had to give it up due to postpartum depression following the birth of my second daughter, resulting in unhealthy weight gain. Having gone through the struggles of healthy eating and weight loss, I have transformed from an obese individual to a competition-ready athlete, competing multiple times. This achievement motivated me to become a personal trainer, with the aim of sharing my passion for fitness and health with others.

After completing my ISSA certification, I established my own online personal training business, and later joined a family gym as a trainer, subsequently moving on to work in more intense warehouse gyms. I finally found my home at Kings Gym in Bedford Heights. My responsibility as a personal trainer goes beyond educating and training my clients, it is to motivate, inspire, and share my knowledge with them. The clients I interact with regularly have become a second family to me, and their victories are mine, too.

I consider myself fortunate to have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives, helping them to make informed nutritional and exercise choices even when I cannot be physically present. I am blessed to be able to pursue a career that I am passionate about, allowing me to wake up every morning looking forward to helping others.
