I cannot speak highly enough of my wonderful cleaner DWAN - everything about her is positive! From her upbeat and friendly personality that immediately puts you at ease, to her exceptional cleaning skills that left our apartment sparkling - she truly did a miracle job in the kitchen which needed some attention.
Although there was a little mishap with her being 25 minutes late due to a miscommunication with the scheduler, Camille from Golden Box Cleaning reached out to me to make things right. She not only corrected the issue but also offered me a discount for the trouble.
