I recently utilized the services of ETC Audio for an event and my overall experience was disappointing. While I appreciated that their equipment was functional and we were able to hear the proceedings, their lack of customer service, respect, and basic courtesy was appalling. This is not a company that values interpersonal skills or prioritizes the satisfaction of their clients. If these qualities are not important to you, then they may be a suitable option. However, I believe that a successful business relies on more than just equipment and expertise; establishing positive relationships with customers is crucial.
