French/English/ESL Tutor

Despite not having taken a French class in almost ten years, I needed to complete French II to progress my degree. I immediately sought a tutor and turned to CrackerJack's service to find one in my area. Of the several tutors who reached out to me, David caught my attention with his impressive background and glowing reviews. During our initial conversation, we discussed what he would be responsible for in regard to course material, as well as my lack of fundamental knowledge. My French was rusty at best, and I required intense tutoring sessions to refresh my memory of a subject I hadn't studied since my first year of college many years ago. Fortunately, David was fantastic! He was an expert in his field and extremely professional. Starting with the basics, David guided me through each rule applicable to the French language. His explanations of these concepts were especially helpful, as he provided me with a better understanding of sentence structure, gender agreements, passé composé, infinitives, regular/irregular verbs, time, numbers, basic vocabulary words, and more. Despite my lack of understanding, David was patient and made sure I grasped each lesson before moving on to the next one. David accommodated my busy schedule, which included work and school, and even traveled a considerable distance to meet me. I received a grade of 95 in the course, and I have no doubt that without David's help, I may not have passed. Not only did I pass, but I received an A, a fantastic accomplishment for me. I would highly recommend David's services to anyone seeking French assistance. He is great with early French students, as well as those pursuing a more advanced French curriculum. I am incredibly grateful for his extensive knowledge, teaching style, and applied techniques, which made all the difference for me.
