Their responsiveness was impressive, as they promptly showed up the following day and conducted a professional and knowledgeable inspection. They explained insurance claims and roof damage in a friendly and informative manner. Even though no damage was found, they completed a comprehensive inspection, and I would certainly refer them to friends and use their services in the future. The inspection was free and carried no obligation.
