It was incredible! They arrived promptly, but what's even better is that they not only repaired the leak but also tightened the loose handle that had been bothering us for four years. We've had three other plumbers attempt to fix it, and they all said the shower wall had to be sliced open. These gentlemen repaired it in under two hours, without damaging our shower wall or anything else. We were ecstatic with their care!
