The communication was superb and the windows were installed within the promised time frame. Hector, the professional who installed them, did an outstanding job. Unfortunately, one of the windows had a defect from the manufacturer. However, the team acted fast and placed an order for a replacement, which was swiftly fixed. Patriots' Pride will be my go-to for future projects.
