Greetings! My name is Maneh. Satia pertains to honesty/truth in Sanskrit. In order to achieve this, one must focus on achieving balance between the mind, body, and soul, which is achieved through meditation, movement, and breath. I take pleasure in guiding people towards attaining this internal union through yoga.

Movement is essential to life, and as such, our bodies are crucial in helping us live life. The spine needs flexibility because the nerves running through our bodies spark movement. I refer to this as cognitive kinesiology and incorporate it into ashtanga, kundalini, vinyasa flow. I hold a certificate in Buti, which is a high-intensity yoga and dance, like Zumba.

Moreover, holistic health is a topic I'm also passionate about, and I'm certified in detoxification. As a health and wellness coach, I help my clients with their diet, nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and tinctures.

Additionally, I am fluent in Spanish. ¡Bienvenidos! Me llamo Maneh. Satia es una palabra en sánscrito que significa verdad/honestidad. Para practicarla, se debe lograr equilibrio entre la mente, cuerpo y alma, lo cual se consigue a través de la meditación, el movimiento y la respiración. Me encanta guiar a las personas hacia esta unión interna a través del yoga.

El movimiento es vital para la vida, por lo que nuestros cuerpos son de gran importancia para vivirla. La columna vertebral necesita flexibilidad debido a que los nervios que recorren nuestro cuerpo generan movimiento. Además, me apasiona la salud holística y soy especialista en desintoxicación. Como entrenadora de salud y bienestar, ayudo a mis clientes con su dieta, nutrición, estilo de vida, suplementos y tónicos.

The instructor for Satia Yoga, Maneh, is consistently astounding. Punctual and enthusiastic, Maneh imparts knowledge to new and returning yogis alike with utmost honor. Currently, I am participating in one of Maneh's virtual yoga classes on Zoom, where she exhibits responsiveness and effective communication in the event of any technological difficulties. Maneh is ever open to feedback and masterfully customizes each session to accommodate the individual needs of all attendees.

I have attended several yoga sessions before, but never have I received the kind of attentive guidance from an instructor like Maneh. She consistently assisted me in perfecting my form and monitored my breathing. Maneh is an exceptional yoga teacher; her upbeat personality is contagious, and I am eagerly anticipating her move to California. Her classes are reasonably priced, and I will definitely make it a weekly practice to attend.
