Please note that I did not employ Kings for my roof and therefore cannot provide insight on their value or quality. Rather, I'd like to share my experience in obtaining a quote for my porch roof replacement. The structure was severely damaged by high winds and required a complete renovation. Russell initially responded promptly to my inquiry; however, our communication faltered from there. When he cancelled our first meeting due to illness, I understood and we rescheduled. However, he did not show up for our second appointment, and I had to follow up to arrange a third visit. I informed him that I had a meeting starting at 10:30 and he agreed to arrive at 10 am. Unfortunately, he did not arrive until 10:20. During the visit, he suggested I file an insurance claim, which I was not interested in pursuing. He promised to email me a quote by the end of the day, but despite my follow-ups, I have yet to hear back from him after a week. I ultimately hired another roofer who was able to start the job immediately as I was tired of continuously repairing my damaged roof every time there was a storm.

Russ and his crew display impeccable honesty and work efficiently to achieve desired results. The dedication put into their work is evident and this is our second positive encounter with Russ. Without hesitation, we will continuously opt for this company.

We engaged the services of Kings for the purpose of fixing some loose siding high up on our house. Even though this was a small task and some companies would not consider it, Kings willingly undertook the responsibility. Russell, who we dealt with, was prompt and detailed in all communications, responding within half a day to our initial request, meeting with us at our house the following day, and presenting us with options to repair or replace the affected area (we decided on repair). Russell described his course of action, identified a few potential issues with the way the siding was installed (without any pressure on us to convert them into further jobs, which was very significant!), and provided us with recommendations on what to do if a similar situation arose in future. For any additional siding/roofing work, we will certainly remember Kings.
