My rating for his service is two stars instead of one solely because of his pleasant demeanor. Although he managed to fix the cabinet, the latch malfunctioned again the next day, indicating that it wasn't done effectively. Despite reaching out repeatedly, he disregarded my messages and failed to respond after receiving full payment. Consequently, I am compelled to summon another person to redo it. However, there was a misunderstanding, and he didn't receive my communication. After noticing the review, he promptly reached out to me and offered to fix the issue.
