The experience was truly amazing! I was constantly updated about the arrival time and the technician arrived earlier than anticipated. The service provided was highly professional, polite and supportive. The repair work done on my door frame was exceptional! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

For several weeks, I have been in contact with Billy regarding my never-ending list of projects. Initially, my goal was to complete my daughter's bedroom. Sean assembled my daughter's new nightstand, installed a mirror, two corkboards, a floating nightstand, and a shelf in my mother's bathroom. Choosing Billy and his team for our handrail project was an excellent decision. He and his team exhibit qualities that are hard to find in other contractors or handymen. Our insurance provider mandated that we add handrails to both entrances of our home before we could rent it out. This was an unexpected expense, which left us resentful. However, Billy's quote was unbiased and appropriate, and he didn't overcharge us like many other contractors did. Patrick was also a pleasure to work with. Billy's team was not only extremely professional but also very aware of the project's timing and worked tirelessly, even in scorching 100-degree heat, to finish the project within the anticipated deadline. We will definitely hire them again for future projects.
