Regrettably, my experiences with renovation projects in Miami have taught me that locating a trustworthy and dependable contractor can be exceedingly challenging. However, Mick and his team were exceptional. From start to finish, Mick provided outstanding aid. Personally estimating the job, his pricing was not only exceedingly reasonable but also extremely transparent. The services provided by Footprints were incredible as they rescued my floors following a botched job by a different contractor I had sourced on CrackerJack named "Wood Floor Specialist". The remarkable team, led by Mick, expertly fixed the damaged boards, sanded the floors, and treated the wood. Their professionalism and profound understanding of their craft were apparent. My floors are now aesthetically appealing and pleasing to the eye. I would like to highly recommend their services!!!!

Mick and Ryan of Footprints Floors Miami have proven to be exceptional individuals to collaborate with. Recently, my family and I acquired a home constructed in 1925, featuring original floors made of Florida Pine and Oak. The natural Florida Pine is richly textured, but staining it can be a challenge. Prior owners attempted to mask the texture by using a very dark stain, but after sanding down the floors, we desired to maintain its natural beauty. Despite this being a rare request, Mick diligently conducted research and discovered a never-before-used stain and sealing brand. The results were nothing less than exceptional! Throughout the entire process, Mick and Ryan were incredibly receptive and helpful with any inquiries we had. I strongly recommend their services.
